The COVID-19 pandemic which started in December in China, has spread around the globe. Elderly people and those with pre-existing chronic conditions including cardiovascular disease, hypertension and diabetes appear to be at a higher risk of developing complications and dying. There is a need of reliable evidence to inform the response to this pandemic. We are interested in epidemiologic research, diagnostic studies, prognostic studies or studies evaluating strategies for prevention or treatment in patients with cardiovascular diseases (or its risk factors) and COVID-19.
